GTR2 - BCH decrypting

for the career mod we are using the BCH files a lot, which were in RACE07 not (really) encrypted
during the port of the MOD to GTR2, we needed a way to create races on our own rules
the only easy way to do it, would be with the help of the BCH files, which are compressed / decrypted there

after some conversation with Liugi (WTCCED), we found out, that those files are crypted with an unknow key for him

but we found a way around the problem (in fact two, three)

1. there is a location in GTR2 EXE, which you can change to force write uncrypted BCH (but thats not legal in our area to do)

2. you can force GTR2 to do so by himself (and thats legal all over the world), follow this steps to do so
1.1. start GTR2 and start an CHAMPIONSHIP
1.2. stop GTR2
1.3. goto to your USERDATA/playername/CHAMPIONSHIPS/OFFICIAL directory
1.4. open the newly created BCH file (for the championship you started) in notepad or similar
you will find, its starts with //[[gMb1.000f (c)2004
followed by some binary data
1.5 download this file [External Link Removed for Guests]
1.6 insert content of the downloaded file into the championship file in the USERDATA ....... and save it there
1.7 start GTR2
1.8 ask GTR2 to start the CHAMPIONSHIP and it wil write all proceeding changes in cleartext

2.1 you want the fast but hard way ?

2.3 alter it to your needs
2.4 place them in your CHAMPIONSHIPs directory
2.5 dont forget to create a GDB file with the counterpart info
2.6 start GTR2 and enjoy
